Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of processing. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier. Processing time of your order can vary from 1-5 days depending on product availability. Orders shipped by ground service (“Shipping Saver”) average 4-10 business days from date of order to reach its destination. Orders shipped by priority service (“Priority Shipping”) average 3-7 business days from date of order to reach its destination.

For all orders, there is a flat shipping charge of $5.95 (“Shipping Saver”) – “Priority Shipping” is an additional flat charge of $9.95 (total of $15.90). Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

When calculating actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays.

Currently we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. Orders destined for Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Alaska will ship via Two day service at an additional $13.95 charge. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders.

For everyone’s protection, we only ship to the “Billing Address” on file with your credit card company.
